PAYMENT

Payment is due IN FULL at the time of booking.

This includes a $50 non-refundable deposit that will reserve your date and time.

 Rates are only guaranteed upon receipt of payment at the time of booking.

SESSION TIMES

Joy Conneally Photography only books one Session per day. There will be one evening hourly placeholder on the online calendar for bookings. The exact start time of the session will depend upon the light at the Session location. Sessions are held one hour before sunset, when the light is soft and warm.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

The Photographer will cancel outdoor sessions due to inclement weather (rain, snow, high winds, haze from fires, etc). The client will reschedule their future session online. There is a 'pay in person' option when making a reservation for a Rescheduled Session. Clients can request to reschedule a session due to illness or emergency, with 24 hours advance notice. Any cancellation without rescheduling will result in the forfeiture of the $50 deposit.

MEDIA ADVERTISING

Joy Conneally Photography has the unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the client for editorial, trade, advertising, educational and any other purpose and in any manner and medium.

IMAGE DELIVERY

The Photographer will deliver her selection of edited, high resolution images in an online gallery. 

Joy Conneally Photography is not liable to deliver every image taken at the session. The determination of images delivered to the client is left to the discretion of Joy Conneally Photography. The final post production and editing styles, effects, and overall look of the images are left to the discretion of Joy Conneally Photography. The Photographer will not release raw images.

Copyright ownership of the images will be transferred to the client. Joy Conneally Photography grants the client permission to share the images on social networking websites as long as the images remain unaltered and textual credit is given to Joy Conneally Photography. The client must obtain written permission from Joy Conneally Photography prior to publishing or selling the photographs.

HIGH SCHOOL SENIOR PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGE $399

This package includes an hour session, held in one location and 30 edited high resolution digital images. One wardrobe change is included in this session. The images will be delivered through an online gallery that can be shared with family and friends. The gallery also provides options for purchasing professional prints, canvases and graduation announcements. 

 

FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGE  $399

This hour session is for you, your partner and your children, up to 7 immediate family members (this does not include grandparents, siblings, aunts, uncles or cousins). It will be held in one location and 30+ edited high resolution digital images. This session is perfect for a family who would like a variety of individual and group photos. The images will be delivered through an online gallery that can be shared with family and friends. The gallery also provides options for purchasing professional prints, canvases and photo cards.

EXTENDED FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGE $499

This hour session is for you, your partner and your children, grandparents, siblings, aunts, uncles or cousins. This package includes an hour session, held in one location and 40+ edited high resolution digital images. This is the package that includes grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. This session will provide a more generous gallery of photos of both the large group and smaller group arrangements. The images will be delivered through an online gallery that can be shared with family and friends. The gallery also provides options for purchasing professional prints and canvases.

MATERNITY PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGE $399

This package includes an hour session, held in one location and 30 edited high resolution digital images. This session is perfect for a mom-to-be and her partner and children. The images will be delivered through an online gallery that can be shared with family and friends. The gallery also provides options for purchasing professional prints and canvases. 

 

NEWBORN PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGE $399

This package includes a photo session, which will be held in the comfort of the family's home and 20 edited high resolution digital images. The length of this session is flexible (up to 2 hours) and will be based upon the newborn's sleep cycle. The Photographer will provide all newborn props, wraps, hats, headbands, etc.  The images will be delivered through an online gallery that can be shared with family and friends. The gallery also provides options for purchasing professional prints, canvases and newborn announcements.

MATERNITY/NEWBORN PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGE $699

This package combines the Maternity and Newborn sessions at a discounted rate. You will receive a one hour Maternity Session with 20 edited high resolution digital images and a Newborn Session with 20 edited high resolution images. All images will be delivered through an online gallery that can be shared with family and friends. The gallery also provides options for purchasing professional prints and canvases.

FIRST BIRTHDAY PACKAGE $250

This package includes a 30 minute session, held in one location and 10 edited high resolution digital images. This session is perfect to commemorate a child's 1st Birthday. The photographer can provide balloons or a small birthday cake upon request. The edited, high resolution images will be delivered through an online gallery that can be shared with family and friends. The gallery also provides options for purchasing professional prints, canvases and photo cards.

PROFESSIONAL HEADSHOT PACKAGE $250

This package includes a 30 minute session, held in one location and 10 edited high resolution digital images. This session is perfect for a business professional who wishes to update their headshots. The images will be delivered through an online gallery that can be shared with family and friends. The gallery also provides options for purchasing professional prints.

BRANDING PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGE $399

A Branding Session is a great way to obtain a gallery of professional images you can use to highlight your business, engage with your audience and stay relevant in the world of social media. This hour session will be held in one location. This session includes one wardrobe change. 30 edited high resolution images will be delivered in an online gallery. The gallery also provides options for purchasing professional prints.

ENGAGEMENT/ANNIVERSARY PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGE $399

CUSTOM SESSION

I am always willing to customize a session and will travel outside of Park City, upon request. I can provide longer sessions with a more generous gallery of photos, if that is what you would prefer.
