Sublime at Sunset

Shan contacted me to take some extended family photos while her mother, brother and nephew were visiting. We were so lucky that Sunday's extended family session fell in the calm between two major snow storms. We met at a local park on a chilly evening during the golden hour. The Evulich/Blasi family was so affectionate and I loved capturing the sweet interactions between the cousins and their 'Nain' (which I learned was Welch for Grandmother"). I am typically drawn to bright, bold colors for my winter sessions, but there is something really beautiful about this family's soft, delicate color palate set against the snowy backdrop. The images are sublime!
